We are big believers in teamwork and workplace bonding, and know how important food is to successfully bringing a large group of people together. We like to make sure our foods help foster an environment where social interaction is easy, enjoyable, and memorable; we also believe in following one strict rule – the more food the merrier... We can cater for a range of dietary requirements and preferences, and within a budget that suits you. Our staff lunch suggestions range from classic hot and cold finger foods, to culturally themed feasts (think Korean BBQ Chicken, Sushi & Sashimi feasts, and our All Australian range), and individually designed gourmet Lunch Boxes.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

  • Time and duration of the lunch – is it a casual-last-for-hours lunch? Or a lets-eat-then-back-to-work type of deal? Be sure to let us know - this will affect the amount and type of food you will want to provide
  • Size of staff lunch – how many people are you catering for? Whether 10, or 1,000, we’ve got you covered! Remember to always overestimate your head count to allow for last minute attendees
  • Budget – you may decide to create a ‘per-attendee’ budget to streamline the process. We can create a menu to suit a budget of anywhere from $10 to $100 per attendee
  • Purpose/theme – all staff lunches are different, and the type of food on offer should reflect and support the overall purpose of the event. For example, is the lunch being held to make an important business decision? Or is it simply a way for your colleagues to build stronger relationships? Choose an objective and stick to it. And don’t forget to tell us so we can make the most appropriate suggestions
  • What equipment do you have available? What will you need to hire? Consider things such as tables, tablecloths, coffee machines, silverware, etc
  • Does your lunch require wait or bar staff? Will it suffer without this service?
  • Do you require hot beverages or non-alcoholic drinks & juices?
