How do I register for the Impressive Rewards Program?

How do I shop using my points?
There are several ways that you can shop using your points:

Online:
Log in to your membership account:

• Check how many points you have accumulated. You can do this by one of the following:
• Login to your online registered membership account and request a points balance report via the ‘Points Total’ link under ‘Member Area’; or
• Call the Impressive Customer Service team on (03) 9320 5000, from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays), Monday to Friday or email us - [email protected]
• Log in to your online membership account to browse our large range of gifts and rewards on the Impressive Member Rewards site!
• Choose your reward and redeem by completing one of the following steps:

1. submit your order by selecting ‘Redeem’ beneath your chosen reward and following the prompts; or
2. call the Impressive Customer Service team on (03) 9320 5000, from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays), Monday to Friday
3. email your request to [email protected]

Receiving your gift:

Your rewards request may take up to 30 days for processing and delivery.
