Impressive Platters offers reliable, timely, and flexible delivery options for all corporate catering orders. Our online ordering system operates 24/7 to accommodate busy schedules, with dedicated customer service during standard business hours for all queries and amendments.
Delivery Windows
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Available upon request, subject to approval and extra weekend surcharges.
Delivery will be scheduled within a 15 minute window if Hot Food is included, 30 minute window if Hot Food is excluded window surrounding your requested time, with a buffer recommended for serving punctuality.
Minimum Order Requirements
Melbourne CBD: $60 minimum order value.
All Other Suburbs: Please refer to our Delivery Suburb viewer on our homepage for suburb-specific minimum requirements.
Minimum spend excludes delivery fees; standard fees apply outside our core area.

Collection & Pickup
Kitchen pickups are available subject to prior approval. Please contact our team during office hours to arrange collection times and confirm availability.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
Full Menu Availability: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM the business day prior to your event date to ensure complete menu availability
Short-notice / Same-Day Orders: If placing orders after 3:00 PM and up to 1 hour before your event, please refer to our Impressive Express Menu for available products
Office Hours - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
After-Hours Processing: Orders received outside business hours are processed the following morning during office hours
Order Modifications
Amendments can be made via email to catering@impressiveplatters.com.au, quoting your order number and submitting changes before the stated cut-off time.
Our administrative team will process amendments and provide written confirmation once modifications are complete
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ensure proper processing.
Orders <25 persons or <$400: Cancel, reduce, or postpone by 11:00am one business day prior.
Buffet meals: Cancel, reduce, or postpone by 11:00am two business days prior.
Whole cakes: 48-hour cancellation required.
Orders >25 persons or >$400: Confirm cancellation at least two business days in advance—25–50% cancellation fee applies.
Orders >$1,000: Cancel at least three business days prior—50% cancellation fee applies.
Orders >$3,000: Cancel at least five business days prior—50% cancellation fee applies.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
COVID-19 Notice: Cancellation terms may be modified during pandemic-related disruptions and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
