GET A QUOTE

There are three ways to request a quote:

1. GET A QUOTE ONLINE:
   Choose your items first, then click on 'Shopping Cart' icon  to view your cart --> then select 'REQUEST A QUOTE' and fill in the form, then click submit!
   
   You may go to 'View My Cart' page anytime to see your chosen items -->  
     
   
   
   The Shopping Cart icon    is located on the top right hand corner of your web page. 
   
   

2. GET A QUOTE VIA EMAIL - Email Us here with the details (as per below list).  One of our catering specialists will be in touch to discuss.
   
   

3. GET A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE - Call us on (03) 9320 5000 to discuss your catering requirements with one of our expert catering consultants. To make the process easier, please be prepared to provide the following details:
   
   1. Company Name
   2. Full Name
   3. Email Address
   4. Phone Number / Mobile Number
   5. Contact’s Name (if applicable)
   6. Contact’s Address (if applicable)
   7. Contact’s Email Address (if applicable)
   8. Contact’s Phone Number (if applicable)
   9. Type of event and brief description – e.g. Cocktail or Boardroom Dinner? Do you require Cutlery or Crockery? Wait or Bar staff?
   10. Type of food/beverages, if known
   11. Desired event date
   12. Estimated number of guests
   13. Event start and finish times
   14. Event location
   15. Estimated male/female ratio
   16. Special dietary requirements (if any)
   17. Estimated budget – total amount or per head cost?

Once you have requested a quote, we will contact you to discuss any further details, then provide you with a quote in writing via email. Quotes will include you event details, item descriptions, quantities, prices, and any further details we deem important.

Confirmation of a Quote:
We accept your confirmation of a quote once you have read, approved, and responded in writing confirming your acceptance. This may be done via email, or by completing and faxing all pages of your quotation to us.

 *Impressive Platters agrees to beat any quote provided to you by any other corporate catering company in Melbourne, by 10% or $100, guaranteed. Yes, you read that correctly. If a quote is under $1,000, we will beat it by 10%; if a quote is over $1,000, we will beat it by $100. This saves you time and effort trying to figure out where your best deal is coming from!  To claim the ‘Beat Any Quote’ offer, you must provide a written copy of the competitors quote. This quote must include all details pertaining to a quote, including the goods and services required, and their corresponding prices.
