How it works?

Our Impressive Rewards Program follows a no-fuss signup process that doesn’t require you to configure numbers in your own time:

1. Create an Impressive Online Membership Account by following these steps:
   a. If you have ordered from us before, you will be aware of your temporary membership number which you can use to first Create your Online Account and then ‘Register’ for the Impressive Rewards Program. If you are unaware of your existing temporary membership number, please contact us.
   b. OR, if you have not ordered from us yet, you can still Create an Online Account. You will be issued a unique temporary membership number which you can then use to ‘Register’ for the Impressive Rewards Program.
2. Once you have created your online membership account and are aware of your temporary membership number, you can ‘Register’ for the Impressive Rewards Program by logging into your account, selecting ‘Register for Impressive Rewards’ and filling out a simple online form under ‘Rewards Registration’. 
3. Once you have registered for the Impressive Rewards Program, you will be issued with a new unique Registered membership number. From here, the dollar amount of every order you make will be instantly converted into the same number of rewards points and automatically applied to your Registered Membership account!

For example:

1 platter of Executive Point Sandwiches may consist of 5 rounds, which may cost $39.50 in total.  This dollar amount will become 39.5 rewards points, which will be applied to your Registered Membership account.*

*This only applies to individuals who have ‘registered’ for the Impressive Rewards Program.

How do I redeem my points?

When you’re ready to claim your reward, follow these simple steps:

1. Check how many points you have accumulated. You can do this by one of the following:
   a.  login to your online registered membership account and request a points balance report via the ‘Points Total’ link under ‘Member Area’; or
   b.  call the Impressive Customer Service team on (03) 9320 5000, from 8:30am to 5:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays), Monday to Friday or email us - [email protected]

 

2. Log in to your online membership account to browse our large range of gifts and rewards on the Impressive Member Rewards site!

 

3. Choose your reward and redeem by completing one of the following steps:
   a.  submit your order by selecting ‘Redeem’ beneath your chosen reward and following the prompts; or
   b.  call the Impressive Customer Service team on (03) 9320 5000, from 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST (excluding public holidays), Monday to Friday
   c.  email your request to [email protected]

 

4. Receiving your gift:

Your rewards request may take up to 30 days for processing and delivery. Do I need to be an Impressive Member before I can ‘Register’ for the Impressive Rewards Program?

Yes. If you have not ordered from us yet, then you must Create your Online Account before ‘Registering’ for the Impressive Rewards Program.  You will be contacted by one of our customer service consultants and be issued a unique temporary membership number which you can then use to ‘Register’ for the Impressive Rewards Program.

Keep in mind that you may have already been issued with your temporary membership number when placing your very first order. If you are unaware of your temporary membership number, please contact us.  Please see ‘How it Works’ above for further details.

 

Can a colleague use my Registered Membership number to place an order?

No, only the primary account holder can order using the Registered Membership number.  Another individual cannot order on your behalf unless you have given them written authority.  This policy has been put into place to protect the privacy and best interests of you, our loyal client.

 

Are my rewards points transferable?

No, Impressive Member Rewards points are non-transferable. Rewards points cannot be transferred to another Impressive Member’s account nor can they be exchanged, transferred, sold or traded and will not be refunded. Points earned on the Impressive Member Rewards program have no monetary value.

 

How many rewards points can I earn?

There are no limits to the amount of points you can earn! The more orders you place with Impressive Platters, the more points you will earn.

 

Do my rewards points expire?

Yes, if there is no activity on your account for twelve months, your points will expire and your account may be cancelled.
